What is a video game? A video game is an electronic game displayed by multiple images on a video display or television screen. There is of course the good old keyboard and mouse which PC and Macintosh gamers use. Video games consist of many different types, some of the more popular types include:

'Final Fantasy' and the 'Legend of Zelda' defined these sorts of games, where players travel through a world completing quests and defeating monsters.

Massively Multiplayer Online (MMO) - MMO games are set in extremely large virtual worlds; where thousands of players around the global enter these worlds through the internet.
